  I am not sure why I received such rude and unprofessional staff, but I was asking for a simple carving tray and two salesperson refused to even look the item up and said why don't you use a simple cutting board?! Then I went up to the counter, asked to speak to the manager and the cashier nastily replied saying they have trainees at the moment... WHY does this matter? I received such horrible service that I will not come back to this store. BEWARE

  competitive prices, variety of products, conveniently located but l find they don't have a lot to offer with kids clothes compared to Kmart and Target

  Staff are very helpful and friendly. The store is very nicely maintained. They seemed to have fixed the problem of the heater being on all year round too! Wish they had a pet centre and a bit more attention in garden centre.
