  Their reply over the phone is disgraceful. Normally they will call if my car is finished or update me how long it would take. Took it in yesterday, they didn't bother to call me and let me know it won't be finished the same day. I call up today and their reply is "What was the car man?" in a rude, arrogant tone, only to tell me it is finished - without giving me a call that it is done. Before I hang up, I just hear the man complaining about me.

  What a wonderful experience. Peter Gane helped my husband surprise me with a new car. Peter came in on his day off in order to complete the surprise with my husband. He had made the deal with my husband, managed to get the car transferred from another dealership, add all the extras asked for on the car and had it ready to be picked up the next day.   I brought my Nissan in for the front passenger airbag recall. Car went in around 9.30am - I went home and by 12.30 it was done and dusted. The best thing about it was my older model Nissan x-trail was washed, the wheels were cleaned and the inside front area was vacuumed and my car looked newer and much cleaner than when I first brought it in - I was soo delighted with the service, the front receptionist service, and the completed product - I must add - I paid not one cent for all of the above due to the nissan recall for the passenger airbags. Pretty cool ... will be back to buy a new car for sure!!

  We bought x-trail .Really happy with the service they provided to us and staff (Peter Gane and Madeleine) were really friendly and helpful. We will always recommend our friends and family to such a nice place to get a first car
